Monday dinners

Monday Dinners is a series of dinners initiated in Amsterdam in 2022 by Roxane. Inspired by the salons of Paulette and Jeanne Nardal in 1930s Paris, they are conceived as spaces for meeting, exchange, and reflection.

Hosted in La Salle à Manger of NOIRES — Roxane’s dream house, shaped by personal archives and the intimate stories of womxn she has gathered over time —each dinner centers voices and presence of Black women — a table where individuality exists freely.

For the 2025 dinners at 193 Gallery in Paris, the meals were prepared by Marie Doumerc, and Juliette Delarue designed the scenography.
