Monday dinners

Monday dinners is a series of filmed dinners organized by Roxane Mbanga for artists exploring perceptions of self, gender and/or racial identity. Inspired by meetings organized by Paulette and Jeanne Nardal in Paris in the 1930s, these dinners take place in NOIRES. Participants discuss how the geographical, social and political context in which the dinner takes place impacts their artistic practices.
